By creating an account or using FlatShare, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
By downloading, installing, or using the FlatShare application or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using FlatShare on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FlatShare. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
FlatShare is a shared flat management platform that provides the following services:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of FlatShare at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
To use FlatShare, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Ignivex Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Each individual may only maintain one FlatShare account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is prohibited.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into FlatShare, including flat information, expense records, and member details. By using FlatShare, you grant Ignivex Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this data solely to operate and improve the service.
When you create or join a flat, certain information (expenses, member details, balances) will be visible to all members of that flat. You acknowledge and consent to this sharing as it is fundamental to FlatShare's purpose.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered into FlatShare. Ignivex Solutions does not verify expense amounts or financial transactions entered by users.
FlatShare may offer both free and premium subscription tiers with enhanced features. The following terms apply to any paid features:
All intellectual property rights in and to the FlatShare application, including but not limited to the software, design, branding, logo, text, graphics, and user interface, are owned by or licensed to Ignivex Solutions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FlatShare for its intended personal purpose. This license does not include:
Any unauthorized use of FlatShare's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license and may result in legal action.
FlatShare is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
FlatShare is a management and tracking tool only. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Financial decisions made based on FlatShare data are solely your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ignivex Solutions shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
FlatShare may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements from third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party services.
Clicking on third-party advertisements or links is entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through FlatShare.
Premium subscribers may be able to remove advertisements. See our in-app subscription options for details.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@flatmate.ignivexsolutions.com or using the account deletion option in the app settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to access FlatShare ceases immediately. Your flat data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FlatShare shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable under local law.

Your continued use of FlatShare after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using FlatShare and delete your account.
