How do I add a new member to my flat?

Go to your flat's Members section in the app and tap "Add Member". You can add members by entering their name and details manually, or by sending them an invitation link via email.

Can I manage multiple flats in one account?

Yes! FlatShare supports multiple flats under a single account. You can switch between your flats from the main dashboard. Each flat has its own members, expenses, and financial data completely separate from others.

How does bill splitting work?

When you add an expense, you can choose how to split it among flat members β€” equally, by percentage, or custom amounts. FlatShare automatically calculates each member's share and updates the running balance for everyone.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/SSL encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API access is protected by Laravel Sanctum tokens. We never store your financial data in plain text. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at info@flatmate.ignivexsolutions.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your flat data after a 30-day grace period.

Is FlatShare available on both iOS and Android?

Yes! FlatShare is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). All your data is synced in real-time across devices, so you can switch between platforms seamlessly.
